The present invention relates to a Graphene-based carbon material electronic component using a flexible board and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention includes a flexible board; a drain electrode and a source electrode separately formed on the flexible board; a channel layer formed between the drain electrode and the source electrode; a gate insulation layer formed on the channel layer; and a gate electrode formed on the insulation layer. The present invention improves the process efficiency by streamlining the manufacturing process, uses a flexible board thanks to the lower temperature process, and reduces work time and manufacturing costs by omitting an etching process.
