An image plotting updating system for real time editing an existing photographed image according to a change in topology measures a distance to a first measurement point by horizontally rotating a shape of inclined total station (200) using a horizontal control device (500) and an elevating assembly (600) when measuring distance and height information from an inclined surface or a curved surface which is not a flat surface, and by rotating an inclined measurement unit (240) in left/right and up/down direction using a tilt motion device (720) and a pan motion device (730) according to a slope measurement signal when receiving the slope measurement signal from a slope sensor, calculates a coordinate by making the measurement unit face toward a second measurement point, and calculates the distance and height information of a subject by generating a right angle based on the upper end of the subject.
