The present invention relates to a crane facility for construction of a suspension bridge and an elevating method for a bridge block for constructing a bridge top structure of a suspension bridge. The crane facility for elevating a bridge block for constructing a bridge top structure while moving along a suspension cable on a suspension bridge includes moving elevating devices (10) each of which is installed on each of multiple suspension cables (110). Each moving elevating device includes: a moving member (11) which moves along the suspension cable; lateral tilted beams which are placed on both transverse-direction sides of the moving member and of which the outer-side ends are placed at the same position as or at a lower position than the suspension cable; a wire sheave which is placed at the outer-side end of the lateral tilted beam and hangs an elevating rope (16) in the downward vertical direction; and an elevation bar (14). Each moving elevating device installed on each suspension cable moves along the suspension cable independently. When reaching the elevation position of a bridge block (200), the moving elevating device is fixed to the suspension cable, elevates the bridge block to a designated height by pulling the elevating rope, and then moves back to the elevation position of the bridge block along the suspension cable.
