The present invention relates to a high-output power amplifier for low frequency combined with Balun transformers and an RF choke, comprising: an oscillator which applies an input signal; a first Balun impedance transformer which converts the input signal applied from the oscillator into a desired gain according to changes in impedance varying depending on the number of turns of built-in inductors and applies a first predetermined output power; a first power supply which supplies operating power to the first Balun impedance transformer; a power amplification device which amplifies the first output power applied from the first Balun impedance transformer; a second Balun impedance transformer which receives the first output power amplified by the power amplification device, converts the first output power into a desired gain according to changes in impedance varying depending on the number of turn of the built-in inductors, and applies a second predetermined output power; and a second power supply which supplies operating power to the second Balun impedance transformer. According to the present invention, the power amplifier can be miniaturized as compared to a conventional power amplifier. A total system can be miniaturized when the miniaturized power amplifier is applied to multi-band and multi-channel radios, and the number of ferrite cores can be reduced by half in the aspect of price. In addition, the efficiency of an RF signal can be improved by minimizing leakage power generated by inductors as the number of the inductors is reduced.
