A hair conditioner composition for preventing dandruff is provided to cure surpassingly itch by containing a climbazole and to have an excellent antibacterial activity to Pityrosporum ovale which is a dandruff pathogen, a feeling of a remarkable massage, a soft feel and an excellent hair conditioning effect. A hair conditioner composition for preventing dandruff contains 3 class amido amine indicated by a chemical formula 1, a cationic surface active agent having a quaternary ammonium salt, a higher fatty alcohol, an organic acid and a climbazole. In the chemical formula 1, R1 is an alkyl having a carbon number 11-24 and n is an integer of 1-3. The organic acid is selected from a group consisting of L-glutamic acid, L-aspartic acid, EDTA and EDTA-2Na.
