The present relates to an early rainwater recycling facility (100) comprising a body (120) having an inlet (101) on the top; a transmissive closure (130) on the inlet (101) for filtering out adulterations and allowing early rainwater to pass through; and a floating body (140) at the bottom of the transmissive closure (130) for floating on early rainwater stored in the body (120) and for opening or closing the inlet (101). By this, the present invention is excellent in collecting early rainwater and is maintained without much effort and high costs.
