The present invention can increase and decrease the amount of seedlings by simply attaching and detaching multiple sub-seedling plate supporters in multiple stages to/from multiple supporting angles connected to four sides of multiple main seedling plate supporters rotating by maintaining the fixed location around a power shaft.
