摘要

The present invention relates to a scaffold composition for regenerating hard tissues having magnesium phosphate, a scaffold for regenerating hard tissues including the same, and a preparation method thereof. According to the present invention, the scaffold applies a cement reaction of magnesium phosphate with enhanced biocompatibility to a paste used for layer laminate manufacturing process; controls viscosity, extrudability, and moldability of the paste with a sclerosing solution under a reaction temperature condition so that three-dimensional shapes and pore structures can be easily controlled; can drastically enhance mechanical strength without high temperature sintering process; and is highly biocompatible. Therefore, the scaffold of the present invention overcomes structural disadvantages of conventional ceramic scaffold for regenerating hard tissues, simplifies processes, and applies non-heated processes so that functionalization of the scaffold and reduction of manufacturing costs can be expected.
