The present invention relates to a photosensitive chaotic signal generator generating chaotic signals according to light applied from the outside. The photosensitive chaotic signal generator comprises: a photosensitive device (D) receiving light to generate an input voltage; a first nonlinear function block (NFB1) receiving the input voltage from the photosensitive device to generate a first output voltage (x(t)); a second nonlinear block (NFB2) receiving the first output voltage (x(t)) of the first nonlinear function block to generate a second output voltage (y(t)) and feed the second output voltage as an input to the first nonlinear function block; and two switching devices (S1, S2) for switching the outputs of the first and second nonlinear function blocks, respectively. The chaotic signal generator can be controlled by chaotic dynamics according to the intensity of the light inputted from the outside.
