The present invention relates to a sheath pipe and a sheath pipe fixture for using the sheath pipe capable of preventing prestress from being lost due to moving a tendon in a sheath pipe when a prestress concrete member is manufactured by a post tension method. The sheath pipe includes a central sheath pipe and a side sheath pipe located on both sides of the central sheath pipe. A movement prevention protrusion is formed in one inner surface of the central sheath pipe. A positioning means is formed on an outer surface of the central sheath pipe corresponding to the inner surface on which the movement prevention protrusion is formed. A first rotation prevention means is provided on side surface of the central sheath pipe. The fixture for fixing a sheath pipe for prestress loss prevention includes: a sheath pipe mounting part for preventing the sheath pipe from rotating while mounting the sheath pipe; and a sheath pipe fixture preventing the sheath pipe from moving.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
