Disclosed is a mobile phone protective film changing color according to temperature and a manufacturing method thereof. The mobile phone protective film of present invention comprises a transparent base film layer forming a display part; an adhesive ink layer which is formed in the periphery of the base film layer; an alternating temperature ink layer which changes color according to the temperature which is formed on the adhesive ink layer; a transparent ink layer which is formed on the alternating temperature ink layer. According to the present invention, color which is changed according to seasons or surrounding environment gives aesthetic sensibility to users. Additionally, color is changed only with the contact of a human hand, in case of setting the alternating temperature within 29-34C.
