The present invention relates to a power transmission and distribution cable support device for an underground cable duct and more specifically, to a power transmission and distribution cable support device capable of preventing the sagging of a cable and absorbing impacts by being installed one internal side of a duct which protects a power transmission and distribution cable by being buried under the ground. The present invention comprises a support plate (100) composed of a moving groove (110) installed on one side of a duct (300) and having a constant depth at one outer side to the inner side, a fixing shaft (120) formed at the inner side of the moving groove (110) in up, down, and longitudinal direction, and an elastic body (130) inserted into the outer circumference of the fixing shaft (120); and multiple moving parts (200) composed of a support bar (210) which is formed lengthways in one longitudinal direction and in which an insertion groove (211) passing through up and down is formed one side, wherein a lower fitting part (230) which is integrally formed and of which a side cross section is formed in a semicircular shape and an upper fitting part (220) to touch in the same shape of the lower fitting part (230) are formed at one upper side of the support bar (210) and a space part (201) is formed inside, and a fitting member (240) which is connected to both sides of the upper and lower fixing parts (220, 230) in contact with each other, thereby making each moving part (200) move on the moving groove (110) by inserting the insertion groove (211) of the support bar (210) into the fixing shaft. The present invention reliably fixes multiple cables (c) and mitigates vibrations due to the elastic body (130) when impact or vibration occurs.
