PURPOSE: A method for decellularization from heart and lung is provided to enable decellularization from heart and lung which are anatomically and functionally combined, and to use for a patient who needs heart and lung transplantation. CONSTITUTION: A method for decellularization from heart and lung comprises: a step of perfusing a surfactant through carotid artery; a step of perfusing the surfactant through portal vein a predetermined time after the perfusion through carotid artery; and a step of perfusing the surfactant through front mesentery artery and aorta and vena cava of the rear portion renal vein.
