PURPOSE: An electrodes structure for a high concentration hypochlrous acid solution from a sodium chloride solution and a method for manufacturing sterilized water using the same are provided to suppress adhering of a salt to an electrode and to have a low tendency in order to extract a metallic component of the electrode in sterilizing water. CONSTITUTION: An electrodes structure for a high concentration hypochlrous acid solution from a sodium chloride solution and a method for manufacturing sterilized water using the same comprise the following steps: An aqueous solution of a slightly acid is obtained by dissolving and injecting an additive composition for sterilization including a sodium chloride and an organic acid into water within an electrolytic cell(S21); A titanium electrode coated with an Iridium oxide is an anode electrode and a titanium electrode is a cathode electrode. A DC voltage is applied in an electrode structure in which the anode electrode and cathode electrode is faced with each other. The aqueous solution of the slightly acid is electrolyzed in the electrolytic cell(S22); The DC voltage applied in the electrode structure is blocked when hypochlorous acid sterilizing water which is pH4.5-6.5 and in which an amount of remaining chlorine is 10-200ppm is generated by electrolyzing the aqueous solution of the slightly acid(S24).
