The present invention relates to a powerless electronic small-sized purifier and a valve device for the same. According to the present invention, the valve device opens and closes a flow path by pressing and releasing a button by a user to move a permanent magnet, thus the production costs reduce, user convenience improves, and the purifier is miniaturized.
