PURPOSE: A mobile card settling a service usage cost or a product purchase cost is provided to easily perform cost settlement through a mobile terminal mounting a mobile integrating card. CONSTITUTION: A mobile card(110) includes a payment IC chip having a card payment function, a coupon IC chip(120), and a communication IC chip(130). The card payment function stores subscriber information for the mobile communications and authentication information. A mobile terminal registers a subscriber about an MNO(Mobile Network Operator). The mobile terminal requests the cost payment through the card payment function. The mobile terminal settles accounts expense with the coupon of the coupon IC chip.
