The present invention relates to a frame structure of a factory building and a construction method of the frame structure. The present invention provides a sturdy frame structure of a factory building which reduces the amount of steel materials used and has a longer span formed therein by reducing a bending moment affecting outer columns which support the factory building, and a roof structure beam; and a construction method of the frame structure. The frame structure comprises: outer columns aligned in two rows, which are separated transversely from each other to support both sides of the factory building, wherein each row has intervals in the longitudinal direction and arranged in multiple arrays; roof structure beams which support the roof by being connected to the outer columns separated transversely from each other and which have center parts formed on higher positions than the connection points on which the outer columns are connected thereto; and a tension member restraining the transverse displacement toward the outside of the outer columns by transversely connecting the outer columns, which are transversely separated from each other, on the corner where the outer columns and the roof interconnect.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
