PURPOSE: A bar arrangement system for reducing hydration heat or improving earthquake resistant performance in an extra-large size of a reinforced concrete column is provided to reduce the hydration heat by installing a spiral type cylindrical steel pipe in the center of a concrete column and by performing the role of a cooling water circulation path. CONSTITUTION: A bar arrangement system for reducing hydration heat or improving earthquake resistant performance in an extra-large sized reinforced concrete column comprises a main bar, an external hoop, an inner hoop, and a spiral type cylindrical steel pipe (360). Both ends of the inner hoop are connected to the main bar and the external hoop and are installed in order to be parallel to the external hoop. The spiral type cylindrical steel pipe is installed in the center of the reinforced concrete in a longitudinal direction in order to be separated from the inner hoop. The spiral type cylindrical steel pipe performs the role of a cooling water circulation path when concrete is cured. A plurality of cylindrical steel pipes is installed between the spiral type cylindrical steel pipe and the external hoop in the longitudinal direction.
