The present invention relates to a 3D glass printing method using a columnar joint pattern and a glass product printed through the 3D glass printing method capable of forming a 3D effect on a pattern printed on glass by printing a selected color on front glass at a first degree and printing the remaining color on back glass at second degrees or second degrees to N^th degrees. The printing method capable of forming the 3D effect by printing two or more colors on a glass surface comprises a step (a) for printing a pattern on the front glass at the first degree by using ceramic ink; a step (b) for performing first enhancement processing in order that the ceramic ink is fused through heat treatment under a constant temperature condition after the first degree printing; a step (c) for performing cooling after the first enhancement processing; a step (d) for printing the pattern by using the ceramic ink at the second degrees or the second degrees to the N^th degrees; a step (e) for performing second enhancement processing in order that the ceramic ink is fused on the front glass through the heat treatment under the constant temperature condition after the second degrees or the second degrees to N^th degrees printing; a step (f) for performing the cooling after the second enhancement processing; and a step (g) for drying the back glass by spreading urethane paint or silk ink on the back glass after the cooling.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014; [Reference numerals] (AA) Start; (BB) End; (S100) Printing front glass at a first degree; (S110) First enhancement processing; (S120) Cooling; (S130) Printing back glass at a second degree and an N^th degree; (S140) Second enhancement processing; (S150) Cooling; (S160) Opaque processing for a back side
