PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of reinforced phenol composite using a strengthening plastic chip and a recycling method of carbon fiber reinforced plastic are provided to use discharged chips which are generated during manufacturing a carbon fiber strengthening hole for offering thermal resistance and offer an environment-friendly recycling method of carbon fiber reinforced plastic. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of carbon fiber reinforced plastic comprises the following steps. Carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) is pulverized. The pulverized plastic is washed by weak acid solution of which pH is from 6.2 to 6.5. The plastic washed by the weak acid is dipped in a solution with C1-4 alcohol or acetone and treated with ultrasonic wave. A mortar is used for pulverizing. The carbon fiber reinforced plastic is a discharged chip which is made during manufacturing a carbon fiber reinforced plastic hole.
