A residual stress removal method generated in the welding unit of the up apparatus performs the followings: a step for making the structure of the work equipment by welding(S100); a step for forming the hole for the stress relief in the first side plate fixed position it disperses towards the base material, it makes the residual stress which when first and second side plate divided among the side plate of the work equipment are and connect joined with welding, is concentrated on the welding part(S200); a step which locally heat-treats the neighboring of the hole for the stress relief in order to remove the concentrated stress generated in the neighboring of the hole for the stress relief(S300); and a step for uniting and sealing cap with the hole for the stress relief(S400).
