The present invention relates to a cutting device for a hammer head of a piano which can cut both sides of the hammer head striking piano strings to generate a sound. The cutting device includes a worktable; a drive unit provided to one side of the worktable; a rotary member provided to the worktable, rotated by the drive unit, and having at least one cut blade; a stationary block fixed to an upper surface of the worktable and having a guide portion; a movable block being movable in a direction close to the cut blade of the rotary member or in a direction far away therefrom according to the guide portion of the stationary block; a hammer head mounting part provided to the movable block and having a hammer head to be cut; a pressing part pressing and fixing the hammer head when the hammer head is mounted to the hammer head mounting part; and a moving lever moving in the direction close to or far away from the cut blade along the guide portion of the stationary block. After the hammer head to be cut is fixed to the hammer head mounting part, the moving lever is operated to move the hammer head toward the cut blade of the rotated rotary member and then to cut at least one side of the body of the hammer head.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
