The present invention relates to a frost damage prevention apparatus for trees which comprises the following: an electricity plug receiving a power source from an electricity line; multiple electric heating wires receiving the power source from the electricity plug and emitting heat; an insulating unit electrically insulating the electric heating wires; a protective cover with the surface area for surrounding the tree trunks, protecting the electric heating wires and the insulating unit; and a fixing member installed on the outer surface of the protective cover for fixing the protective cover around the tree trunks.
