The present invention relates to a fixture to be inserted in the human body with parts which have different strengths and different decomposition rates, the fixture comprising: a periosteal bridge part having spirals formed on the external surface thereof and having a path bonding part formed to penetrate therethrough in a polygonal shape for the movement of suture thread and the rotation needed when touching a fixing tool; and an endosteal bridge part having a top that connects with the periosteal bridge part and which has spirals formed on the external surface thereof, has an internal membrane path bonding part formed therein in a polygonal shape for the movement of suture thread and the rotation needed when touching a fixing tool, and has an inlet formed at a side in the bottom to guide suture thread to the internal membrane path bonding part. According to the present invention, a fixture for fixing bones and ligaments is formed to separately include a periosteal bridge part and an endosteal bridge part which are made of different materials. Therefore, the fixture for fixing bones and ligaments can be easily affixed to each of the periosteum and the endosteum which have different hardnesses and different anatomical structures, and the fixture also has the effect of improving accuracy and reliability of a surgical procedure.
