PURPOSE: A group selection information service system and a method thereof based on current condition information is provided to implement a group preference information service which uses a mobile terminal and to supply various information services to a user, a company, and a government. CONSTITUTION: A mobile terminal(100) obtains, accumulates, and stores current location information of a user. The mobile terminal obtains current condition information from the stored current location information. The mobile terminal induces user intention information from the stored current condition information. A server(200) receives user intention information stored from the mobile terminal.
