The present invention relates to a system for setting relation between two questions in a graphic user interface (GUI) environment. The system includes: a question input window display unit for displaying a question input window in each question generation request; a page icon generation display unit for generating a page icon including a page or question identifier information in each page or question generation request and displaying the page icon on a page icon display window; an icon connection display unit for connecting and displaying, with a connecting line, two page icons selected by a producer on the page icon display window; a question display window display unit for displaying questions, which are included in a preceding page connected by the connecting line, and selectable options of each question; a selectable option display unit for displaying the selected option information on the connecting line, when one option is selected for a specific question through the question display window display unit; and an information storage unit for storing questions made through the question input window, option selection information for each question, and inter-page movement information for movement between pages according to the option selection information. The system of the present invention can facilitate the setting of relation between two questions and can display the responses of each question and a page moving path for movement according to the responses on the page icon display window, thereby grasping a response moving path for each question generally and easily.
