The present invention relates to a grid-connected distribution system capable of preventing the generation of no load loss by completely separating a system while there is a grid-connected decentralized power supply in generation power and a grid-connection method for decentralized power supply system using the same. According to the present invention, the grid-connected distribution system includes a main power source including a power system; a power group having a unit power source or unit power sources to supply decentralized power to main power source; and a distributing board connecting and blocking the power group and the main power source by connecting and blocking a main circuit breaker according to the open/close signal of the power group and having the main power source.
