Toothpaste composition for remitting dentin hypersensitivity

PURPOSE: A toothpaste composition for relieving dentin hypersensitivity containing tricalcium phosphate and hydroxyapatite is provided to supply hydroxyapatite in a hybrid method. CONSTITUTION: A toothpaste composition for relieving dentin hypersensitivity contains: 1-30wt% of tricalcium phosphate for providing phosphoric acid and a calcium ion which is supplied to form a new dental surface layer; 1-40wt% of hydroxyapatite for filling dental tubles and damaged tooth surface; 0.05-5wt% of a colloidal abrasive for polishing the surface of teeth; 5-65wt% of a solvent for forming a paste by dissolving tricalcium phosphate; and 5-70wt% of a wetting agent for maintaining a paste state. The hydroxyapatite contains a spherical nanoparticle with an average diameter of 10-800nm and a microparticle with an average diameter of 1-70micrometers.
