The present invention relates to a chemically converted graphenes (CCGs) nano-composite decorated with dendrimer-encapsulated nanoparticles which is represented by chemical formula 1 and a method for preparing the same. The method for preparing the CCGs nano-composite can uniformly distribute the nanoparticles on the surface of the CCGs while maintaining the original characteristics of the nanoparticles inside the dendrimers such as size, organization, and the likes and easily decorate the surface of the CCGs with single nanoparticles or various nanoparticles. Chemical formula 1 X-DENs (In the chemical formula 1, X is a single-atom nanoparticle, an alloy nanoparticle, or a core-shell structured nanoparticle).
