Disclosed is a cultivation-port transplanting device capable of automatically transplanting a planting port which a plug nursery plant is transplanted in a plant producing factory into a transplant groove of a cultivation bath. The transplant unit is installed be positioned on the upper side of the stop unit and grips the planting ports, of which the gap between the planting ports are adjusted and which are stopped by the stop unit, at once. The transplant unit transfers the gripped planting ports to the cultivation bath and transplants the planting ports on the transplant groove of the cultivation bath.
