The present invention relates to a guide-map which folds and accommodates guide records and protects inside and outside of folded part of the guide records using a front cover, a back cover, and an accommodation cover in order to prevent damages due to exposure. In other words, the present invention: forms vertical folding lines in a vertical direction of the guide-map; forms horizontal folding lines in a horizontal direction; forms the accommodation cover, front cover, and back cover which are folded by the horizontal folding lines of the guide-map and connected to an accommodation folding unit; and forms the guide records in which guide record can be recorded from the back cover to right end, and which is folded in the back cover. Therefore, the present invention accommodates the guide records by covering with the front and back covers and surrounds the guide records using the accommodation cover so that the guide recorded papers can be protected from being damaged, and locations of the front cover, back cover, and accommodation cover are eccentrically located by connecting and binding the guide recorded papers to the back cover so that remained guide record can be recorded easily.
