The present invention relates to a network system for transmitting and receiving unmanned oceanographic observation data and more particularly, to a network system for transmitting and receiving unmanned oceanographic observation data which increases the distance for transmitting and receiving oceanographic information between an observation unit and a base station, and makes AIS equipment transmit the oceanographic information to the base station by being connected to another ship having an AIS equipment installed in a relay form, when the ship for transmitting the oceanographic information of the observation unit to the base station is out of the communication range of the base station and AIS equipment, by making a small to medium size ship having AIS equipment installed, function as a relay station for receiving the oceanographic information from the observation unit and transmitting to the base station between the floating observation unit for observing and measuring various oceanographic information, and the base station for receiving the oceanographic information from the observation unit.
