The present invention relates to a high efficiency anaerobic digestion reactor for organic wastewater and is characterized in including: a reactor main body (100) having an inner space, which includes a wastewater supply part (110) supplied with organic wastewater, a wastewater discharge part (120) for discharging wastewater treated through anaerobic digestion, and a bio gas discharge part (130) for discharging bio gas produced through the anaerobic digestion; and a microorganism attaching mechanism (200), which includes a microorganism attaching mechanism main body (210) having a tubular shape and installed in the reactor main body (100), strainers (220) installed on upper and lower parts of the microorganism attaching mechanism main body (210), respectively, and media (230) disposed in the microorganism attaching mechanism main body (210), wherein a microorganism is attached to the media. Accordingly, an anaerobic microorganism is prevented from being discharged to the outside, thereby removing an organic matter by means of a high concentration of microorganisms and maximizing bio gas production efficiency.
