The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of enteric coated soft capsule composition containing purified fish oil, which comprises i) a step of manufacturing a soft capsule using purified fish oil as a content solution and gelatin as a main agent; and ii) a step of surface-treating the soft capsule film with an enteric coating solution containing 0.1-10 weight% of hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose phthalate, 0.02-2 weight% of triacetin, and ethanol and purified water, and a composition thereof.
