The present invention provides macrolactins compounds which have an antimicrobial activity and which is represented by the chemical formula 1-3, a marine microorganism which produces the compounds efficiently and which is deposited as deposit number KCTC 11975BP, and a method for producing the compounds using a culture medium with 12 g/L of sodium chloride. By the present invention, new macrolactins compounds having an antimicrobial activity and the method for producing the same are provided so that the new antimicrobial medicine against a threat posed by drug-resistance pathogens, the limited effect of antifungal drugs, and the bioterrorism recently appeared can be commercially provided.
