PURPOSE: An exhaust device of a double outer cover curtain wall is provided to efficiently discharge air heated in space between an inner curtain wall and an outer curtain wall by discharging the air flowing from the bottom part to the upper part. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust device of a double outer cover curtain wall comprises a casing(210), an opening plate(220), a shaft rod, a link unit(240), and an operation rod(250). The casing is installed in the upper part of an outer curtain wall(140) and comprises an exhaust hole in order to discharge air. The opening plate is installed inside the casing and opens or closes the exhaust hole while rotating. The link unit is connected to the shaft rod and pushes or pulls the shaft rod by folding an interactive link(241) and a rotation link(244). When the operation rod is pushed or is pulled, the link unit is bent so that the shaft rod is pulled or is pushed. The opening plate is rotated, and the exhaust hole is opened or is closed.
