The present invention relates to an external fabry-perot optic fiber sensor system using an optical ferrule and a manufacturing method for an optic fiber sensor. The manufacturing method for an optic fiber sensor comprises as follows: a step of inserting and fixating an optical fiber into an optical ferrule, where a hollow space is formed along a longitudinal direction, in order to insert the optical fiber; and a step of forming a first part where the optical fiber is extended from the outside to the inside of the optical ferrule, and a second part which is separated from the first part by a gap groove in order to remain in the optical ferrule, by forming the gap groove through cutting so that part of the optical ferrule can remain along a direction of crossing at right angles to the longitudinal direction of the optical ferrule where the optical fiber is inserted. The external fabry-perot optic fiber sensor system using an optical ferrule and a manufacturing method for an optic fiber sensor can facilitate the manufacturing and can measure various physical quantities including a refractive index of a liquid sample.
