The collecting rate of data is important in an environment in which energy is not largely restricted and which is different from a normal wireless sensor network environment. Specially, a method capable of effectively utilizing the energy in a special environment such as a port is necessary because a path can be predicted, the movement of a mobile sync is restricted, and a data collection place is restricted. Existed methods lacks considerations for the collection of data because the methods focus on the improvement of energy efficiency and execute the routing by tracking the movement of the sync. When the detension time of a mobile sync is equally existed without considering environment for collecting information, the size of a sensor, and the amount of the data, time is consumed in the environment in which the data is not collected during the small time and in which the data is not sufficiently collected in the place for collecting the data during the long time. However, the present invention can maximize data collection efficiency by differently distributing the detension time of the mobile sync according to the number of the sensor nodes, the size of the transmitted data, and a transmission speed.
