The purpose of the present invention is to provide a remote monitoring method of a scene of accident, a method of operating the remote monitoring system and a method of implementing a remote monitoring in an application running in a mobile terminal. The methods enables a person to monitor remotely a scene of accident through a mobile terminal such as a smartphone and a table PC that are widely used by people, whereby a person having a mobile terminal can perform a remote monitoring of the scene of accident at anytime and anywhere through information such as images of the scene of accident, and also perform a two-way communication with a mobile terminal of a person reporting the scene of accident. According to the present invention, it is possible to establish an immediate and suitable response system for the scene of accident at a considerably low cost.
