Disclosed are a three-dimensional semi-active mount system for reducing vibration from the ground and a semi-active control method. The semi-active mount system may include a plate-shaped table, at least one mount which is formed at the lower part of the table and reduces the vibration of an object placed on the top of the table, a sensor which is formed at one side of the table and measures the response of the object, due to disturbance, and a controller which changes the rigidity of the mount based on the response measured by the sensor.
