The present invention relates to an eco-friendly energy management system for a fire station comprising: a solar cell module installed in a roof of a fire station and having a solar cell panel and a warm water generating part; a storage battery for charging electricity generated in the solar cell module; an electric power converting part for converting a direct current of the storage battery into an alternating current; a warm water storage tank for storing warm water heated in the warm water generating part of the solar cell module; a first heat exchanger for generating warm air by circulating warm water stored in the warm water storage tank; a second heat exchanger for generating warm air by receiving electricity from the electric power converting part; a warm air generating part for supplying warm air generated in the first heat exchanger and/or the second heat exchanger to a fire truck garage; a ventilating system for discharging exhaust gas in the fire truck garage; and a control part for supplying warm water to the fire station by detecting the CO2 concentration, the indoor temperature in the fire truck garage, and the outdoor temperature, or for supplying warm air to a fire truck , or for selectively controlling a ventilation function of the fire truck garage. Since an energy management system is driven by using electricity generated in the solar cell module, energy can be saved by autonomously generating electricity and warm water, and environmental contamination can be prevented by reducing use of fossil fuel. Since warm air is intensively supplied to a part where freeze of the fire truck is expected by selecting the part, the freeze of the fire truck can be efficiently prevented. Since ventilation of a garage is performed according to the CO2 concentration inside the fire truck garage, contamination of indoor air inside the fire truck garage can be reduced.
