inspection system is provided for checking the internal structure of the target material . The test system combining ultrasound system and thermography inspection system . Thermography inspection system is attached to the ultrasound system, the modification of laser ultrasound compatible with distance so as to enable the thermography inspection of the target material . Using the depth infrared (IR) imaging on the target material , the quantitative information is obtained. The IR imaging results with laser- ultrasound results are combined , is projected onto a 3D projection of the complex form of the complex . Thermographic result is a laser - ultrasonic complement results, and in particular , more fully when the target material is a thin composite part and to calculate the information concerning the internal structure of the target material more reliable .
