The present invention relates to a device for peeling off recycled aggregates for concrete. The device can prevent the cracking or breakage of aggregates while effectively peeling off mortar by installing a plurality of carbide pins inside a tilted drum. The drum has a hopper for pouring aggregates on one side thereof, is supported by guide rolls installed on both sides of the bottom thereof, and is rotated by a driving unit installed on the front end thereof. The drum and the guide rolls are installed on a tilted bogie. A plurality of holes are formed in the drum.
