A numerical map update system which numerical data is updated in real time can automatically wipe surface of a staff, is capable of level measurement even in an environment that is difficult to measure such as in a dark environment or at nighttime by emitting light with a LED module, can move the staff to the desired direction, can exactly make the staff stand straight by maintaining level depending on a condition of the ground thereby exactly checking graduations, can read graduation by converting the staff to the desired direction thereby precisely checking graduations of the staff, and has a level keeping device and a support unit on a staff installation device thereby adjusting level depending on the condition of the ground and exactly making the staff stand thereby having an effect of exactly checking graduations of the staff.
