PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing synthetic wooden material including a cooling step due to the sequential insertion of wooden flour and a resin, and a product manufactured by the same are provided to design a long axial integrated type screw cylinder into a separable assembled type screw cylinder, thereby easily replacing abraded screws at a low cost. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing synthetic wooden material as follows: 70 to 80 wt% of wooden flour, 12 to 23 wt% of a polymer resin, and 7 wt% of a binding agent and an additive are respectively and uniformly stirred. The surface of the wooden flour is modified, and is dried so that the percentage of the water content of the wooden flour is less than 3%; The wooden flour, the polymer resin, the binding agent, and the additive are inserted inside a feed extruding cylinder, and are mixed and melted by a feed extruding screw; and 0.5 to 10 wt% of an additional dried wooded flour is inserted inside the feed extruding cylinder, and is mixed and melted with the wooden flour, the polymer resin, the binding agent, and the additive.
