The present invention relates to a scattering-proof cover capable of easily moving for airless spray gun and an airless spray gun having the cover which prevent loss of paint and negligent accident of workers by blocking the scattering and diffusion of paint. The scattering-proof cover of the present invention includes: a steel wire (110) which has a spiral structure having a circle shape or a polygon shape with a predetermined distance; at least one moving unit (130) which is integrally or detachably formed in a base ring (120) having a margin to reach the wall surface, and facilitates moving of a cover (S) toward the left and right; a detachable ring (150) which is formed in the upper most ring (140), is capable of attaching and detaching an airless spray gun (300) without any special tool and comprises one among elastic structure (100) having an elastic restoring force, texture, vinyl and mesh. An opening groove (210) is formed in up and down direction to be integrally prepared with the elastic structure in the outer periphery, and a base ring insertion fixing bag (230) having at least one opening unit (220) at the end of the elastic structure. A scattering-proof sheet (200) comprising a fixing unit (240) to firmly fix the cover to the airless spray gun in the other side of the bag.
