The present invention relates to a storage case for orthodontic appliances and a shelf system for orthodontic appliances using the same, wherein the storage cases for orthodontic appliances accommodates orthodontic appliances and have piece images, and a shelf system for orthodontic appliances accommodates the storage cases. The storage case for orthodontic appliances according to the present invention is stored in a predetermined position of the shelf system for orthodontic appliances and form mosaic images by the combination of the piece images. The storage cases for orthodontic appliances according to the present invention can form mosaic images by being stored in the predetermined position, thereby implementing a new design in a space for storing orthodontic appliances.
