The present invention relates to a test apparatus for structural behavior-coping performance and a test method thereof for securing objective reliability and public confidence of permeability resistance performance and structural behavior performance tests. The test method comprises: (S1) a lower test assembly preparing step of preparing a lower specimen by fixing a pin hole forming part, an upper flame supporting bolt and a finishing cap to a lower molding flame; (S2) a lower specimen curing step of forming a mortar specimen on the lower test assembly prepared through the lower test assembly preparing step (S1); (S3) an upper specimen preparing step of arranging an upper frame at an upper part of the mortar specimen of the lower specimen assembly formed through the lower specimen curing step (S2) with a space from the mortar specimen at a constant distance, sealing the outer periphery of the mortar specimen and the upper frame by a side finishing coupling ring and fixing a non-woven fabric and a contact plate to a lower end of the lower specimen assembly; (S4) a water leakage repair material injecting step of injecting a water leakage repair material to be tested at a space between the upper frame and the mortar specimen formed through the upper specimen preparing step (S3); (S5) a behavior-coping performance testing step of performing a structural behavior-coping performance test while meeting conditions for the structural behavior-coping performance test by connecting a behavior bracket fixed to the upper frame of the specimen formed through the upper specimen preparing step (S3) to a behavior device; (S6) and a permeability resistance testing step of checking permeability by performing a permeability resistance performance test while meeting conditions for the permeability resistance performance test by fixing the specimen having removability through the behavior-coping performance testing step (S5) to a pressure chamber.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
