Provided are an offshore structure load-out apparatus and an offshore structure load-out method using the same. Theoffshore structure load-out apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, in order to load out the offshore structure from land to sea, comprises: a first barge positioned on a boundary between the land and the sea to mount the offshore structure to be transported to the sea on the top; a second barge coupled to the first barge for sharing the load of the offshore structure with the first barge; and a binding module for separably binding the first barge and the second barge together.
