The present invention relates to a bolometer array real-time correction and compensation apparatus and method, and a bolometer system using the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method of correcting and compensating for an error arising from an offset between a plurality of bolometers, gain, non-uniformity, or variation in a substrate temperature, in real time in an uncooled infrared bolometer array system. The present invention has an advantage in that an infrared detector of a low cost, low power, and a small size is implemented by solving non-uniformity of a bolometer without using a shutter or a uniform infrared reference image.
